While electrolytic plating achieves deposition reduction of metallic ions by supplied electron, electro-less plating achieves deposition reduction by reducing agents in solution. Because of this, thickness of plated substrates plated by electro-less plating is even regardless of the shape of the products. Our electro-less nickel plating contains 8%, 11% of phosphorus.
