Inspecting and testing customer’s product before it leaves our premise is an assurance of quality and prevent disruptions in customer process. Our inspection and test involves conforming to customer specific requirement and varies from part to part.
Ensuring ‘zero defect’ as our target, three areas of inspection process available respectively: Incoming inspection, In-process inspection and final inspection. Our visual inspection is conducted in conducive environment and using precision microscope to ensure accurate result.
Testing is done after product complete plating to ensure reliability and performance. Our testing facilities are equipped with latest technology machine wherever feasible. Testing is performed on sample of product according to customer given specification where the outcome determines the product quality.
